Purchase order or Buyers order from Dealer - must list current mileage, year, make, model and VIN. If you are putting a down payment it must also reflect on purchase order. Any unpaid balance should reflect what you want to finance with Credit Union.
Please Note: If you are buying from a private owner, a bill of sale must be written up by the owner. It must list current mileage, year, make model, & VIN. It must also list how much they are selling the auto for and the owner must print name legibly and also sign and date the letter. A copy of the back and front of the lien free title is needed. If the seller is still financing auto, we will need a 10 day payoff from their finance company.
