1)	Be a Member of Access Credit Union - Membership Eligibility
2)	Complete Application
3)	Current Pay Stub OR 2 years of Complete Tax Returns if you are self employed or have rental income.
4)	If it is a Debt Consolidation Loan - we must be furnished with copies of Credit Card Statements.
