The health and well-being of our members and staff continue to be our top priority. As such, we are regularly monitoring the situation surrounding COVID-19.

We are implementing the following procedures effective today 3/17:

• We will close our lobby to all traffic and operate by appointment only for loan closings or other items that cannot be handled remotely. We will do our best to handle all member service and teller transactions via drive thru.
• Drive up will be open during our regular business hours.
• We will continue to accept loan applications over the phone and via our website – www.access-cu.com

As always, we will be available during regular business hours via phone (708) 343-0228, home banking messages, social media and email.

As a reminder, our full service online banking service will be available 24/7 as well as our Express Line phone banking. Our ATM will also remain open and accessible as always. We also have the ability to handle loans remotely using eSignature as well.

Access Credit Union Remains fully prepared to handle your financial needs. We will continue to communicate with you via email, our website and social media if and as circumstances necessitate.
